Ever had a late-night fever or weekend injury? SCCIPA can help through the Nurse Triage Advice program. This is a free service offering after-hours medical advice to SCCIPA members. If your doctor’s office is closed and you cannot make it to urgent care, just call our toll-free number to speak with registered nurses and other medical professionals. Our team is standing by to provide confidential medical advice.

- Minor injuries
- Aches and pains
- Stomach ache
- Vomiting and diarrhea
- Small cuts and bruises
- Sore throat
- Rashes
- Eye irritation
Nurse Triage Advice can help you decide what to do and where to go with your health problems. Find out if a simple trip to the pharmacy for medication will help with your problem or if you need to schedule an appointment with a physician. Whatever your medical needs, our team can help coordinate your care and direct you to the nearest physician’s office, urgent care clinic, or emergency room.
There is a pediatric Nurse Advice Line dedicated to the special needs of children. You will be prompted when you call whether the patient is under 18 and will be redirected to Nurses specializing in pediatrics.
